Accu-Dat is committed to provide the highest quality of service to its clients and prides itself an organization that thrives to exceed customer expectations. We have a three-tier quality check system incorporated in our organization.

FOLLOWING MEASURES ARE TAKEN TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE:

Daily feedback regarding accuracy rate and specific transcription errors are shared with individual transcriptionists so that they may chart their progress towards the desired goal.

The AAMT Book of Style is used as a reference guide for formats and style questions. Each MT is required to refer this book and other specified reference books depending on account assignment. Examples include: Stedman's Medical Equipment Words, Stedman's Radiology and Oncology Words, Stedman's Abbreviations, Stedman's Surgery Words, Stedman's Medical & Surgical Words, Stedman's Pathology & Lab Medicine Words.

The current pharmaceutical reference (drug), medical spell check program, grammar check program and instant text are all included on our workstations.

At Accu-Dat, transcribed documents are processed through three levels; with a final level available where a recheck is necessary by a senior QA.
MT – MTs with a minimum two years of experience with various accounts and specialties. These transcriptionists will be continually monitored and, based on their track record; the appropriate level of files will be allotted.

QA  – MTs with a minimum three years of experience with various accounts and specialties. These transcriptionists first review the voice files completely to verify that the transcription matches the dictation and then check the content for medical accuracy.
Editors – MTs with a minimum five to seven years of experience with various accounts and specialties. These transcriptionists proof the complete document for language, grammar, and spelling and also check formatting.

Every effort is made to see that quality is maintained throughout the transcription and proofing.
